TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Over the years more than 60 different models of basses and guitars have come and gone.   In addition to models that have either been discontinued or have changed into a newer/different model you have models such as the NS-2™, which except for a short break in the early 1990's, has been in continuous production since its introduction in 1979.

This means that as models have changed and new innovations and technology has been introduced, there are a lot of technical changes and depending on the model of your guitar or bass, you could have one set of components or another.

We realize that because we build our instruments with such outstanding materials and workmanship, there is a huge market for previously owned SPECTORS®.  Although purchasing a SPECTOR® second-hand voids the original warranty (our warranty is only to the original purchaser), we don't mind helping owners of used SPECTOR® instruments regarding repair and support information.

In this section you will find links to a number of different resources we have available so that you can maintain your SPECTOR® instrument regardless of if you are the original owner or you purchased it used.
